The Mountain Top Resort site, is located 4.5 kms ahead of Batakundi and 22 kms from the PTDC resort at Naran on a ridge where three valleys converge at an altitude of about 9000 ft, it is about 50kms short of Babusar Pass. The views from the resort can very easily be called picture post card scenes, looking down into the valleys and across to the mountains all around. It takes about 25 minutes from Naran to the resort site away from the motley crowds that converge on Naran during the summer season.

The road, right from Mansehra to the Babusar Pass is broad and well maintained and any type of vehicle from mini cars to sedans, have a very comfortable drive.
